IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL FREE ZONE COMPANIES FROM THE PORTS, CUSTOMS & FREE ZONE CORPORATION

Jebel Ali Free Zone has now announced that the Government of Dubai has reviewed the policy on "Tax Exemptions" for Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Companies, Individuals and Employees in the Free Zone shall be exempted from any kinds of taxes including income tax with regards to their operations within the Free Zone for a period of 50 years renewable for a similar period by a resolution issue by the Authority. Such period shall be calculated from the date of commencement of business by such Companies, Individuals or Employees.
