One
of the latest free zones in Dubai is the subject of a race for
advertising agencies to win the marketing communications
assignment. A number of agencies are competing for the Dubai
International Financial Center (DIFC) account. By bringing
together global investors and regional users, DIFC is planning
to serve as a platform for accessing the trillion-dollar
regional market.
